    Milton rescued us after our contractor had to stop mid project due to some medical issues. The quality of his work and the thoughtfulness of his approach and communication style was second to none. A true skilled craftsman would was also very easy to work with.     Milton has been my carpenter for 10+ years. I don’t trust anybody else. He is very attentive to detail, very trustworthy, and really cares about his work product. The cost to value proposition that his company offers is appropriate. I’ll add some photos of his work a little bit later, but he does amazing work. I highly recommend him and his team.     Milton Carpentry did two projects for us and both were excellent. They first repaired and painted my front porch, columns, and basement door trim, and because I was so happy with the results, I hired them again for attic framing work. They are punctual, professional, and very careful to protect floors and keep the workspace clean. The quality of their work and attention to detail are outstanding.     Milton and his crew have done numerous projects on our house and all have been great. He’s honest and a hard working guy and we’re hoping to hire him again to do some more siding and painting.     We have just spent all of 2024 renovating our house from top to toe. Milton Alfaro stepped in here (after we had a bad experience with a Contractor) and Milton did an OUTSTANDING JOB for us. We simply cannot recommend him highly enough. Selecting the right Contractor is critical for the Homeowner (We learned this from painful experience). It will save you time, money and take away awful stress. Milton is honest, thorough, a thoughtful careful planner and communicator, and he has SKILLS. He gets the job done on time and on budget AND he always leaves the job site clean. Truly, you would be lucky to work with him. I have 30 years experience in Real Estate and know something about this. He was EXCEPTIONAL in all aspects and a pleasure to work with.     Milton is a skilled carpenter and can handle any size construction project. He’s not your typical contractor; he does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it.     I needed a external second story stairway replaced and contacted Milton about the job. He set up an appointment and arrived on time, viewed the job and got back to me quickly with a quote. He provided me a work schedule and he and his crew started the job on time. As the work progressed, major water damage and rot was uncovered in the siding, framing and sills. Milton was very professional and informative in explaining the cause of the problem and providing a corrective solution. He provided an estimate for the cost of the additional required work and added time to complete. He and his crew completed all the work on time and on budget. The job turned out excellent I will definitely use his services again in the future.     I recently spent weeks trying to find a company that would do 3 small repair jobs at my house. Finally I stumbled on Milton and for the first time someone said my jobs were worth taking a look at. He came to look the same day I called and started the jobs the next day. In addition to Milton being very easy to talk to, he is efficient, neat and a great carpenter. He is returning in a few weeks to do the third job and I am really excited to have him back.
