I needed a external second story stairway replaced and contacted Milton about the job. He set up an appointment and arrived on time, viewed the job and got back to me quickly with a quote. He provided me a work schedule and he and his crew started the job on time. As the work progressed, major water damage and rot was uncovered in the siding, framing and sills. Milton was very professional and informative in explaining the cause of the problem and providing a corrective solution. He provided an estimate for the cost of the additional required work and added time to complete. He and his crew completed all the work on time and on budget.
