    Milton is a skilled carpenter and can handle any size construction project. He’s not your typical contractor; he does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. From framing to fine carpentry and anything in between is no challenge for him. I have used him for siding, framing, finish stair work, cabinetry, framing and painting. Great contractor!     We have just spent all of 2024 renovating our house from top to toe. Milton Alfaro stepped in here (after we had a bad experience with a Contractor) and Milton did an OUTSTANDING JOB for us. We simply cannot recommend him highly enough. Selecting the right Contractor is critical for the Homeowner (We learned this from painful experience). It will save you time, money and take away awful stress. Milton is honest, thorough, a thoughtful careful planner and communicator, and he has SKILLS. He gets the job done on time and on budget AND he always leaves the job site clean. Truly, you would be lucky to work with him. I have 30 years experience in Real Estate and know something about this. He was EXCEPTIONAL in all aspects and a pleasure to work with. He removed so much of our stress by being knowledgeable and good at his role. Interview Milton for your project, you will not be disappointed. His expertise, precision, and craftsmanship are unmatched. He was able to assess the issue quickly and transform what seemed like an impossible situation into a seamless, stunning installation.
